Shape up for spring with new lower body workouts available for “Nike+ Kinect Training,” the customised fitness programme that brings a Nike personal trainer into your living room through the magic of Kinect for Xbox 360.

The “Fast and Focused: 15-Minute Lower Body & Core Workout” Add-On Content* launches in the UK on Friday 15th March and features a 15-minute workout with personalised drills to target your lower body while burning calories. Your Nike trainer will select a mix of strengthening and toning drills combined with fun, intense cardio drills to help you reach your fitness goals.

This pack integrates with your ongoing “Nike+ Kinect Training” experience, adding new difficult drills to mix up your routine for a fresh challenge. Available through the Xbox LIVE Marketplace from 15th March for 400 Microsoft points, this second add-on pack for “Nike+ Kinect Training” complements the “Fast and Focused: Upper Body pack” also available on Xbox LIVE for 400 Microsoft points.
